Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped directly from Japan. We take great care in packaging automotive parts to ensure they arrive safely and securely.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–7 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

All shipments include tracking information. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Orders Shipped to the United States
Import duties and taxes are generally included in the purchase price through our Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping service. Under normal circumstances, no additional import charges should be required upon delivery.
However, customs authorities may occasionally require additional documentation, inspections, or assessments. Any such actions are determined solely by the destination country's customs authorities and are beyond our control.
Orders Shipped to All Other Countries
Customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Please check with your local customs office before placing an order to determine whether additional charges may apply.
Country of Origin
Many of the products sold in our store are genuine parts for Japanese vehicles. However, manufacturing locations may vary depending on the manufacturer and product. Country of origin information can be provided upon request when available.
Shipping Carriers
We use Japan Post (EMS), DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other international carriers depending on the destination, package size, and weight.
Large or Oversized Parts
Certain automotive parts such as bumpers, body panels, wheels, and exhaust systems may require special shipping arrangements due to their size or weight. Additional shipping charges may apply for these items. If additional charges are necessary, we will contact you before shipment.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of both the packaging and the item.
We will assist in filing claims and communicating with the shipping carrier. Any compensation or claim approval is subject to the carrier's investigation and policies.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, labor strikes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
Undeliverable Packages & Refused Deliveries
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, failure to pay customs charges, or failure to collect the package, any return shipping fees, customs charges, storage fees, and reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will not be issued until the returned package has been received and inspected. Original shipping costs and any non-refundable fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
