Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items that meet the conditions below.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging
  • All original accessories, labels, and documentation must be included
  • You must contact us and obtain return authorization before sending any item back

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been installed, modified, damaged, or show signs of use
  • Electrical or electronic components that have been opened, tested, or installed
  • Custom-ordered, special-order, or made-to-order parts
  • Gaskets, seals, fluids, and other consumable items once opened
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Vehicle Compatibility

Buyers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchasing. Please confirm compatibility using the part number, VIN, chassis code, and vehicle specifications.

Returns due to ordering the wrong item or compatibility issues are accepted only if the item remains unused and uninstalled. In such cases, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund after reviewing the issue.

Return Shipping

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of mind, ordering error, or compatibility issues: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to Japan

All returned items must be shipped to our designated return address in Japan.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are non-refundable.
