We ship genuine Japanese auto parts worldwide from Japan. All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Rates

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri, Japan Standard Time)
- Tracking numbers are provided via email once shipped

Return & Refund Policy / 返品・返金について
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Item is in the same condition as when received
- Original packaging, labels, and tags are intact
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed or used parts
- Electrical components that have been connected
- Items damaged by improper installation
- Items returned without prior authorization
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at support@matcha-motors-jp.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back in its original packaging
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
- Do not discard the packaging or item
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs
Warranty
All genuine OEM parts come with manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims should be directed to the original manufacturer. We will assist you with the warranty process where possible.
